NCPCOW cares about our community and we are making your health and safety our first priority. In order to provide the safest festival experience, we will be closely following CDC reccomendations in determining Brouhaha policies.
In alignment with state policies, masks will be optional both indoors and outdoors. We highly encourage those who are immune compromised to wear one when in close quarters with people outside of your usual circle of friends. We will have masks available at registration and in the feast hall. We ask that you be respectful of those who choose to wear a mask.
Please do not attend if you feel sick, have Covid symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with Covid for longer than 48 hours in a row. This includes
· Fever or chills, sore throat, unexplained headaches, cough/congestion/runny nose not associated with normal allergies, fatigue, body aches, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, vomiting, and diarrhea.
· We know this can also represent a variety of other illnesses, but the bottom line is we don’t want ANY virus at this event. If you’re sick, stay home!
· Please feel free to message Tonia Brown if you have any questions about this.
We will ask screening questions at the entrance. We will also take temperatures. We realize that not all people who have Covid display symptoms. We also know that not all symptoms are Covid related. We are trying to do what we can to keep everyone healthy and happy. So please, work with us on this.
If you are immune compromised, we recommend that you do what is safest for you. If you decide to attend, please take the appropriate precautions as your situation demands. Let us know if we can do anything to facilitate these precautions. Again, we will not require masks for the other attendees, so keep that in mind.
CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY: This year we will allow you to cancel and request a refund up to Thursday the 28th at midnight. Please allow up to two weeks after the event for refunds to be processed. If you have to cancel after Thursday the 28th, you will not receive a refund. Thanks for your understanding.
Signs providing further guidance and requirements will be posted conspicously in appropriate areas around the event. As guidellines are updated, policies may be modified to reflect the most current reccomendations.
We highly encourage everyone that is physically able to get a vaccine and booster. We understand some folks are unable due to health restrictions. Yes, it is too late for it to make a difference for this festival. But it will make a difference for everyone in the long run. Get vaccinated if you can!
Thanks!
